A dark comedy about Noreen Baxter, a successful businesswoman, struggling with a serious illness and the prospect of losing more of life’s special moments. While looking through boxes of old photos in her attic, she discovers, and opens, a small hidden door. Crossing the threshold transports Noreen to the fantastical world of The Clockmaker where she is faced with the life changing question: Is an eternity of rewarding work without consequences a substitute for the mixture of joys and sorrows of the temporal world?
